Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect on daloware.com, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It follows Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Who is responsible
Daloware is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything related to this notice.
What we collect
When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you send.
When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write when booking.
We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data through this site.
What we use it for
To answer your message, schedule and hold calls, and prepare and send you a project proposal.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
To run this site we use providers that process your data only on our behalf and to deliver their service: Cloudflare (website and email hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cal.com (call scheduling), Google (email) and Anthropic (PDF reading in the invoice demo). Some of them process data outside Mexico.
Beyond these cases, we only share your data when a competent authority requires it under the law.
Invoice demo
If you use the invoice-capture demo, XML files are read in your browser and never reach our servers. PDF files are sent to Anthropic (Claude) only to extract their data and show it to you; we don’t store them.
To cap demo usage we keep, for one day, an identifier derived from your IP address, not the IP itself. The demo is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile against automated abuse.
Cookies
This site uses a single cookie, “lang”, to remember the language you chose. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent (ARCO rights). Email [email protected] with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way to confirm your identity. We will answer within 20 business days.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, or as required by law.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
